I had an amazing stay, getting great value for my money with a clean and well-furnished room that had everything I needed. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the station, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

The breakfast could benefit from more variety in options.

The staff was polite and very nice, created a family atmosphere.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Tokyo, had much fun. Every staff member was friendly and superfriendly. Had essentials needed in the a double room, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The beds with down pillows were comfortable! The location was convenient and unbeatable for Tokyo, so close to the metro station. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like Red Piman that was only 5 minutes' walk away. You guys made my stay comfortable.

The setting was a bit far from everything.

I couldn't believe how loud the washing machine was-it ran all night, stopping only at midnight! I barely got any sleep, and the noise made it impossible to relax after a long day exploring the city. Total bummer!

The location really stood out-only a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, surrounded by eateries, including some open 24 hours. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, especially Dawa at the front counter, who was always ready to lend a hand. The room felt a bit cramped. The size made it challenging to navigate, especially with luggage. I also noticed the water temperature during showers occasionally dropped, but it returned to normal after a moment. Having a small patio outside was a nice touch, where I could unwind a bit, albeit it can get noisy with passing guests.
